What is the venue like? Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will take place at the Birchwood Room in Calamigos Ranch. The ceremony and dinner will be outdoors, and part of the reception will be indoors. The outdoor dinner will probably be after sunset and is on a patio area shaded by trees. 

Where should I park?

There will be free valet parking onsite.

When should I arrive? 

Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm as the ceremony will promptly begin at 5:00pm. We suggest you leave some time for buffer as traffic in LA can be unpredictable!

What should I wear?

Please arrive in formal/black tie attire. This usually means a dark suit and dress shoes for men, and a full length dress for women. 

Can I bring  a date, my kids, or a +1?

Check your invitation to see if you can bring a guest. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children unless specified in your invitation. In any case, feel free to reach out to Jeremy or Shanel if you have questions.
